Shelley and George Matheson have been farming with integrity and passion for over 25 years. Raising four children has lead to strong beliefs on providing food that is not only of great quality and flavour, but also of great nutritional value.

Yes, we would like 12 large chickens again this year, please. The pork from last year was terrific! Tastes the way pork is supposed to!

As you know, we love your free range chickens. We grew up on farms where we raised our own chickens for eating so we know what chicken should taste like. Your chickens have the wonderful, full flavour and texture that we were missing for so many years. We love to roast them in the oven or the barbecue on a rack so the skin comes out golden and crispy and the meat is nice and juicy. Sunday was always a special meal for us when we were kids and I think that never leaves you. We buy 12 chickens every year so that once a month we have an old-fashioned Sunday dinner with one of your chickens. It’s the best!
